Towada Premium Black Garlic is a specialty in Aomori Prefecture, North of Japan. This garlic is nurtured in winter, surrounded by the unique northern winter scenery and while snow tranquilly falls. The package is, therefore, a reminiscent of the scene, the garlic is placed inside a white package which looks like a piece of snowflake. In addition, the black color of the product creates a contrast with the packaging that further complements the black garlic itself.
