Because the product, Tapioca Milk Tea Liqueur originated from Taiwan, the design portrays and reflects Taiwan. The design typography, paper color and pattern bring out the Taiwan-ness. And because of the popularity of Tapioca Milk Tea in Japan, I wanted to bring in something different and new. I combined my design by using Western letters and decorative borders to create an unbalance. Overall, the design is somewhat nostalgic yet somewhat new; it unintentionally grabs the attention of the consumer.
