"HAKKO" (fermentation) is becoming an English word, like "UMAMI" and "WASHOKU", and will soon be a universal term. The word "ginger" is already familiar to Japanese people, and the easiest way to explain the difference between ginger ale and ginger beer is "fermented or unfermented. 8 (hakko)" ~ made from 7 ingredients, and adding our "passions" at the end completes the "8" (hakko).

The design of the bottle is based on the "graph chart" motif, which expresses the benefits of fermentation and the health benefits of fermentation, and the paper quality is soft and fluffy to create an atmosphere like that of a medicine bottle.

Also, a simple gift box tends to be over-wrapped, so we aimed to create an appearance that can be used as a gift just by packaging it.

To express the natural benefits of fermentation for the body, we decided to use kraft instead of ornamentation.
