An original coffee brand produced by a shared office in Kyoto Japan. Choose your coffee bean according to the “drinking time” that suits your work style and lifestyle. By drinking coffee, we want you to take a break and spend your day in good rhythm. The name “colon coffee roasters” comes from the colon symbol (:) used to display and indicate time.
“900” is well-balanced and timeless; drink to switch on in the morning. “1230” is refreshing and easy to drink after lunch; drink to stay awake in the afternoon. “1500” goes well with sweets and milk; drink when you’re freeing tired or lethargic. “2200” is decaffeinated; it warms and relaxes you so you can drink before going to bed.
In addition to the above four types, we offer a unique single origin that changes monthly. The beans used are only specialty coffee that makes up the top 5% or less of the total production. Based on the motto “From Seed to Cup”, all coffee beans are roasted, packed and shipped in-house.
