Pho Tin has been extremely popular in Vietnam's metropolitan city of Hanoi since its opening, and despite only having one item on the menu, the restaurant is crowded with locals, and the delicious smell of Pho Tin wafts outside the restaurant. It comes topped with plenty of beef and scallions. In the eat-in area, there are lime, chili, vinegar, and fish sauce for you to change the flavor to your liking.

The beef on top is tender and goes perfectly with the thirst-quenching broth. The beef bones, vegetables, spices, and garlic in the soup are also addictive.
