"Creation Foods is the leading coffee bean and related products importer in Taiwan. This filter coffee pack is the company's first step into retail market. Five Metal Shop was commissioned to provide communication strategy and packaging design.
Re-creating the image of a boutique Japanese-style cafe with a barista brewing coffee was the communication strategy. The aim is to provide a fresh design approach on the shelf in this particular product category, where most of brands are using colours and ground coffee photography.
This product, The Barista, launched at the end of 2016 in Taiwan and soon became the bestseller. The product was also later adopted by several distinctive boutique hotels as complimentary coffee in the rooms."
