JAI Cocktails is a ready-to-drink bottle cocktail brand that handcrafts cocktails with a curated selection of artisanal spirits and natural ingredients, pre-batched with love and ready-to-serve for customers to enjoy anytime anywhere.

The design aimed to bring out the joyfulness and unique experience that bottle cocktails and the brand give to its customers, and to emphasise the witty but discerning attitude while drinking bottle cocktails.

On bottle design, we combined vibrant neon colours with geometric shapes to create graphical forms of different cocktail glasses, with distorted brand logo filling in that highlighted the brand attitude. The choices of colours contrasted with the colours of the drinks in order to create an interesting colour palette that was coherent to customers’ drinking experience.

We wanted to create not only a design, but also an experience that connected with the customers while they were drinking the cocktails in the bottles. By using high contrast colour combinations, shapes and distorted logo, we tried to create an illusion that mimics the process of customers drinking alcohol in visual form, and more importantly, to bring a fun and interesting design experience that matched with drinking cocktails itself.
