"The Innovative Precious Tea Can, made of aluminium extrusion with wooden lid, provides seamless finishing to preserve the flavor of the tea.

The concept is to design a premium yet sustainable packaging that would reflect the extraordinary taste and quality of the deluxe Agarwood tea. The tea container is designed to be a long-lasting piece where users can refill their tea.

The design addresses the following aspects: sustainability, cultural essence and user experience. The tea container is designed to be a long-lasting piece where users can refill their tea. The product also raises the sustainability issue of product packaging, providing a new perspective of sustainable packaging.

With aluminium one-piece extrusion as the main production process instead of traditional die casting or stamping process, tooling cost has been greatly reduced and small batch production is allowed. The product could be adopted as cooperate gifts by engraving cooperate logos on the walnut wood lid. The extrusion method of the tea container body provides flexibility of creating different volumes of containers. Each piece is fitted by hand to ensure the precision. With such refined design, the object is to be kept as a collector's item for lifelong use."
