"Taiwan Foundation for the Blind provides cultural, educational, and the visually disabled welfare policies to help the visually disabled friends into society. Love & blind is a group of professional staff, through the training of the sheltered workshop, relying on their own hands to achieve themselves. Through the concept of eye chart, which means “the trained staff of sheltered workshop”. They can find the direction of life and get identity from others for establishing the dignity of life! 

Although the visually disabled lose sight, they get a new life direction, the future is no longer blind."
