Naoko Fukuoka is a graphic designer. In 2010 she established her own company, woolen. She has won a JAGDA New Designer Award, JAGDA Award for Package Design, Tokyo ADC Award, Japan Package Design Gold Award, and TOPAWARDS ASIA (April/August 2017), and was nominated for a Tokyo TDC Award.

Her work is based on graphic design, including visual identities, packaging, and books. She founded woolen press, her own label, in 2014. “Do you remember the day when we first met in Tokyo?” “ 小柳帝のバビロンノート 映画についての覚書 1-4” “バビロン編集ノート　創造する女性たち” edited, designed and published by her.
