Yuka Shimoda
After joining former Fujingaho (now Hearst Fujingaho) book editorial department, worked for VINGTAINE editorial department. From 2003 to 2016, worked for Modern Living as chief editor. From April 2016, she was appointed to publisher. Celebrating its 69th Anniversary since its establishment in 1951, Modern Living is a luxury housing magazine that proposes the ideal way of “beautiful living in Japan”. She enjoys “living as a daily project”, and often shares her thoughts through SNS, seminars and lectures. She is also the author of ‘Living Comfortably: 109 Interior Tips’ (published by Kodansha).
